Olive oil frozen yoghurt

Serve: 6-8

Cooking time: 20 minutes

Ingredients:
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/4 cups white sugar
  • 2 cups yoghurt

Topping:

  • Byzantium by DARVARI extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • Sea salt

  1. In a medium sized bowl, add the milk and the sugar and mix together using a whisk until the sugar dissolves.

  3. Spread the composition on the entire surface of a tray and keep it in the refrigerator for 1-4 hours.
  4. Add the composition in serving bowls using an ice cream scoop and serve with extra virgin olive oil and a pinch of salt sprinkled on top.
